Not Feedstock for Landfills — Feedstock for Manufacturing
Carbotura operates modular factories achieving Total Material Conversion—designed to convert virtually all incoming manufacturing feedstock into saleable manufactured materials, recovered energy, and ultrapure water with near-zero residual, near-zero emissions, and near-zero discharge.
Four Proprietary Protocols
Pregenesis, Regenesis, Regenesis MAX, and Exogenesis—35 modular technologies in precise orchestration.
Island Mode Self-Powered
Each modular factory generates 857 MWh daily—fully grid-independent with approximately 5% reserve buffer.
Build, Own, Operate
Carbotura finances, builds, owns, and operates every modular factory under 30-year Circular Offtake Agreements. Zero capital risk for feedstock suppliers.
Why There Is No Waste
The legacy classification of material as “waste” is the problem Carbotura solves. In Advanced Circular Manufacturing, every input is manufacturing feedstock—raw material for conversion into high-value manufactured products.
Any elemental analysis confirms that manufacturing feedstock is simply a composition of standard commodity atoms: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Iron, Silicon, and others. There is no special “waste element” on the periodic table.
Through the four Carbotura Protocols—Pregenesis, Regenesis, Regenesis MAX, and Exogenesis—Total Material Conversion is designed to convert virtually all incoming feedstock into saleable manufactured materials, recovered energy, and ultrapure water.
Island Mode Energy
857 MWh generated daily per 400 TPD factory—fully self-powered, grid-independent.
Manufactured Materials
Carbon products, metals, glass, ultrapure water, hydrogen, and aromatics—all at commercial specifications.
The Carbotura Protocols
Pregenesis — Feedstock Preparation
Incoming manufacturing feedstock is shredded, metals separated magnetically, and liquids extracted. Direct feed to Regenesis is the primary pathway.
Regenesis — Feedstock Disintegration
The Recyclotron uses Microwave Catalytic Reforming at 650°C+ in an anoxic environment—designed to operate without combustion.
Regenesis MAX — Materials Refining
Molecular outputs become high-value manufactured materials through the RevCon Valorization Ladder—from carbon activation at 1,800°C to graphitization at 3,000°C.
Exogenesis — Urban Mining
Extracts valuable materials from legacy deposits—coal ash, mining tailings, contaminated soils—converting historical liabilities into manufacturing feedstock.
Manufacturing Feedstock Composition
One metric ton of manufacturing feedstock is 1,000 kg of commodity atoms. The Carbotura Protocols are designed to recover virtually all of them as manufactured materials.
Feedstock Source Fractions
Plastics, Paper & Cardboard, Food Organics, Textiles, Wood
Manufacturing Recovery Pathway
Primary carbon products through Regenesis MAX: synthetic graphite, graphene, carbon fibers, activated carbon, carbon black, fullerenes, biochar via the EcoGraph product line.
Strategic Materials & Rare Earth Elements
Regenesis MAX is designed to recover precious metals and rare earth elements—strategic materials currently dominated by foreign supply chains. While present in small concentrations, these materials represent significant value and domestic supply chain security.
